Located in Barden Ridge, Sydney, The Ridgeway is a boutique land estate "where natural harmony blends with urban connection for an enviable lifestyle". A social media strategy to promote the aspirational dress-circle offering whilst generating leads was required.
Nestled in the foothills of the Macquarie Valley in the Illawarra region, 1881 Tullimbar is a land estate with a planned 500 homes. A social media strategy was needed to increase leads whilst envoking the modern rural setting of the estate.
To assist in the selection process of building a new home, MyChoice Design Studio required branding and brochures of six interior design styles. Unique covers were designed with custom printing techniques to represent each style in abstract form.

Multi-award winning home builder, Brighton Homes, found themselves with a burgeoning amount of stunning display home photography. To fully appreciate the images, a large format fifty-page "Look Book" was created, that allowed the photography to shine.
Derlin Design is a Brisbane based Interior Design Studio established in 2008 with a focus on residential interiors. However, an ongoing collaboration with a commercial interior design practice meant the Derlin Design branding required a refresh to reflect the new servicing of both markets.
Zimple Digital is an award-winning boutique agency with a young and vibrant yet professional attitude that specialises in web coding and SEO. Having worked closely with Lewis & Love on a number of projects and appreciating our knowledge of branding and design, Zimple came to us when it was time to rebrand.
A multi-tower development was planned on the former site of a bowling club in Wentworthville in Sydney's west by property developer The Bathla Group. The three towers surrounded by extensive gardens and landscaped terraces, required a high-level marketing strategy to compete against other nearby luxury developments and The Bathla Group tasked Lewis & Love with delivering the branding and material that would match their strategy.
As a small boutique builder, Megacorp Homes have been crafting high quality family homes for over ten years. With their recent growth and planned opening of their first display home, a need arose to create pre-selected inclusion packages. Without any display homes ready to shoot, the challenge for Lewis & Love was to clearly communicate to the customer the inclusion packages without photography.
In January 2019, the Stoddart Group offered Queensland's four largest builders a special deal for their customers - solar panels installed on their customers new home with discount green electricity for five years, after which the solar system is then free. Brighton Homes tasked Lewis & Love with creating a campaign that would run supplemental to the current promotions, clearly communicate the offer in a fun and fresh way, but most importantly differentiate itself from the exact same offer of the other builders.
In the competitive home building market, Clarendon Homes’ promotions were a key driver of sales performance and an integral part of their marketing plan. After the success of the "End of Year Sale" promotion, Clarendon asked Lewis & Love to repackage the same offer as a luxury promotion to cut-through the market and have the endurance to last through January, February and March 2018, without appearing that it was the same offer.
Sydney property developer The Bathla Group, purchased a very rare and large rezoned parcel of land in the well established suburb of Stanhope Gardens in Sydney's north. The land was divided into 101 lots and Lewis & Love were tasked with branding the new land estate. Market research showed that a large portion of potential buyers were families with school-aged children that had already built in the surrounding suburb and were looking to upgrade their homes without leaving their neighbourhood. The tag line "the perfect address" referenced both this desire to stay in the community and the actual street address of the estate - 101 Perfection Avenue.
Kensington Park in Kellyville New South Wales was a residential land development bounded by expansive tracks of environmental reserves. The developer packaged the large premium-priced lots as home and land offerings in an exclusive agreement with Clarendon Homes. Lewis & Love was brought in to position and launch the development specifically to the local UK migrant population and build the brand to drive sales at the premium price point.
Lewis Boxes is the industrial design sister company to Lewis & Love, focused on developing innovative new packaging. Their Research & Development team are dedicated to finding better solutions through better design and are constantly searching for new ways to make business more efficient and profitable. The branding needed to reflect the Lewis Boxes ethos of innovation and create cut through in an international market.
